Personal Nutrition
Nutrition is complicated, there are all of these minerals, vitamins, carbohydrates and so much more that just confuse us. In this class, we take a very basic introductory look at the real science behind nutrition so you can build a healthy eating plan-away from all of the sensational diets on the market.
During this class you will have two on-going projects. One is a paper that will be due at the end of your course, of which you willchoose your topic during your first week. The other will also be a topic chosen by you to keep an on-going blog inside the group. Your instructors will help you every step of the way to identify good resources and questions that will help you better tackle these two projects.
