Whenever someone comes onto a forum or social media platform and states they are going through a crisis, we often don't have a clue what to do.  We jump into the conversations and offer platitudes as though it's going to help comfort them in some small measure.  In truth, we do this because we don't know what else to do, and if we don't do something...we have failed the person before us.

In this course, you'll learn how you can better communicate with these people, and hopefully guide them to the help they need.
