Every full moon in 2023, we are endeavoring to come up with a meditation you can engage with. For today, we are looking at the Jedi Ethic “Positive Regard” and asking you all to contemplate the question “Is there anyone in my life I need to amend my relationship with?”.
People around us can point out where we’ve hurt others, but their assessments are not our own. We may feel justified in our actions or we may feel that whatever slight we bestowed upon another person is just something people need to get over.
For the Jedi, Positive Regard is something we have to work at.
