This came up on Discord chat and I wanted to share this book by Colin Low, Notes on Kabbalah (the 2001 version). It's a very approachable and relatable description of the Kabbalah. It's available in the files section here called NoK.pdf.

Riley I say this a lot in the Discord server, but for those who may visit this discussion, please remember that Kabbalah is a closed Jewish practice that should ONLY be used by a Jewish person or with guidance from a Jewish person. This is due to the intense knowledge of Torah and Talmud that Kabbalah requires. Other practices such as Cabalah and Qabalah are appropriative practices as they take Kabbalah and bastardize the philosophy and insight. They both are also created in order to erase Judaism...
