Midichlorians aren't really a thing. This page is for Force Realism, basically meaning that we take the concepts of Star Wars and Jedi and put it into the real world. In a way, the midichlorians are your soul, but there isn't necessarily a way to count them, unless you want to come up with a way to do so and create that concept!

There is a service called Easter vigil that comes once a year in some traditions. I have had the honor of experiencing it a few times.
