Start a Local Meditation Community - Resource

If you would like to start up a mindfulness meditation group in your area, I found a wonderful free resource to do so. Jeff Warren, co-author of Meditation for Fidgety Skeptics with Dan Harris and Carlye Adler, founded an organization called The Consciousness Explorers Club. They believe in democratizing mental health, and this project is part of their mission.
If you have a group of people that could benefit from meditating together, consider using this resource. Possible groups include: church small groups, recovery meetings, groups of like-minded friends, your quarantined buddies on Facebook live (COVID-19!), or even your family.
