Hey everyone!

I was invited long ago by Alethea but alas my health and mental condition was in poor condition. I am still on the mend and may be so for many years to come but I am working on it. I thought to reach out and connect where I could. I committed to making 2020 a year I launched a life makeover and succeeded in a way (-50lbs+ yay me), but now I need to work on other aspects of my life other than my physical health.... mental and spiritual health. This is what brings me here. To connect, to participate, to learn and more.
