Greetings

I'm 56 and have dabbled a lot in various magical systems, both light and dark aspects. I feel I've found a lot of balance between them. I have done a lot of inner child work to get to the point of self acceptance and worked through issues that no longer have a daily impact on me - but as with all things, there is always more to learn and grow from. I'm not particularly well versed in any system other than energy work (psionics, direct magick), and spend some years training others with energy work but dropped out about 10 years ago.

I am a believer in coexistence with all aspects of the self. To deny the light or the dark is to deny access to your whole Self which seeks to at least be acknowledged. The more you deny an aspect of yourself, the more it will find ways to make itself known and in that case, it is usually a negative impact on your wellbeing. 

In any case, I wish to explore FA and see what it holds for me, and what I can contribute back.
