Wandering Knight Wanders In was created by Chris-Tien Jinn
Hello. I'm Chris-Tien Jinn, an old knight from the days before the internet. I have written some of my longish history in an
article at the Jedi Temple Library.
I was the founder of the Blue Group training group at the Jedi Temple until 2011 and worked with a lot of the original online sites. After 2011, I mostly went offline until a former student looked me up and convinced me to give the online community a try again.
So, for the past year, I've been hanging about, reading and posting a little. Looking for a sort of refresher or reorientation course, to be honest. In the New Year's Zoom event, a Jedi from Australia proposed an interesting course of year-long, episodic topics for learning, review, and practice. But I think he has taken down his YouTube recording, alas. So, in the few short weeks of summer, before I have to attend to my mundane college students again, I'm declaring it renewal time for myself. (That feels a bit selfish, but there you go.)
I have found some good material, but I am learning that the medium can make or break the experience for me. I am not fond of discord or Facebook as teaching venues. So .... I'm looking at the good, old-fashioned discussion forum again.
But ... not sure where to post. Or where I should start.
