The Role of a Knight was created by Bhalu
This is split from the <em>What Do We Look For?</em> thread in General Discussions. I felt we were moving off topic, but I want to discuss this in more detail. Hence the new thread.

Funny enough, you say that Knighthood shouldn't be a degree. I really like TOTJO's method. My Knighthood there was a commitment to the Order (tho, they didn't enforce it), and I enjoyed my service there. But, when I left, I got to keep my degree (Associates in Divinity).

Do you think that there is room for both trains of thought? Or, should Jedi training to Knighthood level ONLY train if they want to carry the mantle of Knight? What about Jedi who never become Knights? Is there training worthless? What is the role of Knighthood?
