Inspired by the recent interest in the Glass Bead Game - I thought we might actually try to make a playable version of the Shadows definition game.
Shadows Be Shadows (which coincidentally gives the acronym SBS - same as "Shadow BullShit" )
++++++++++
Shadow
A projection of darkness on a surface
Where light is intercepted by an object.
Reality
A projection of senses on a mind
Where object is perceived by subject.
Person
A projection of identity on an object
Where reality is filtered by perception.
On and on it goes...

The rules are simple:
1) Start by selecting a term, a concept, an image, an idea, etc...
2) This initial term becomes a Shadow, and the goal is then to define it (or rather, discover and explore its defining context): The first player provides some form of expression which illustrates what the illumination, object, and surface are - and binds them all together.
( Here's a link to the powerpoint template , for those who want to adapt and use the graphics)
*Original textual expression is the norm, but it is possible to augment it with a single media element (image/video/audio) if it helps to make the point.
3) The next player can then select one of the terms featured in that description, and makes it the next Shadow.
4) On and on it goes...
