Ah, my friend. The sun has broken through the clouds and bathed the mountain in golden beauty. The heavens are smiling down on us and have marked the final day of my ranting and the first day of your legs beginning to move once again under your own encouragement, motivation and desire.
There is little more that could be considered necessary for me to tell you at this juncture in your journey. Allow me to just say one last thing before you choose what direction to take.
The key to the greatest possibility of a happy life is to live simply and free. I have taught you just how unavoidable and complicated change can be, but it is you and you alone who decides how such changes affect you. If you seek simplicity and freedom in your life then adaptation will become instinct, pain not as painful, and genuine smiles given and received with greater frequency.
There are many things you do not know about the Shadow. There are things I have yet to learn myself. But, that is the mystery we seek, the unknown realm we pursue.
The time has come, dear traveler. The teacher is little more than a catalyst. I have shown you the road and its possibilities, but I cannot take your hand and lead you down it. It is you that must move forward, using your own will and energy. I am your guide to the door, but you must open it.
